Strength before training…

Just been to see Ed, physio in brisvegas… And my hypothesis proved correct… I’m destroying my shoulders by jumping straight into a full training regime without a proper rebuild strength base…. Bring on the pilates, yoga, and pushups! 4 to 6 months he reasons of diligent work should sort things…. Good thing I’m in no hurry! One good thing is that he shared a few basic exercises that will get that last 5% mobility back in the gimp elbow, whoopa!
